2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.
• You must use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
• You must not upload unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized third-party data.

3. Service scope

cogniaiz provides AI-assisted extraction and workflow tooling. Outputs depend on the quality of input content and may require user review before operational or legal use.

4. Billing and payments

Paid plans or credits are processed through Razorpay or approved payment channels. You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate billing details.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your source content. We retain ownership of the software platform, branding, and service implementation.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risk, legal violations, or non-payment. Account holders may request closure at any time.

7. Liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, cogniaiz is provided on an "as available" basis and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
