Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to digital payments made for cogniaiz services, including subscriptions, prepaid credits, and platform usage charges processed via Razorpay.

2. Refund eligibility

  • Duplicate or accidental multiple charges for the same order.
  • Failed service activation after successful payment, where we cannot provide a timely fix.
  • Unauthorized transaction reports, subject to verification.

3. Non-refundable scenarios

  • Credits or service units already consumed.
  • Requests made after significant usage of the billed cycle.
  • Issues caused by incorrect customer-provided account details.

4. How to request a refund

Email nakul.dubey@cogniaiz.com with your payment ID, account email, transaction date, and reason for the request within 7 days of the charge.

5. Processing timeline

After approval, refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank settlement timing is usually 7 to 10 business days.
