1. What personal data we collect

• Name and email address provided during account creation.
• Phone number used for OTP verification and account security checks.
• Project content uploaded for extraction, including files, notes, requirement text, and related metadata.
• Billing and transaction metadata needed for invoices, taxes, fraud checks, and payment reconciliation.

2. Why we collect and use this data

• Account creation, login, and user support.
• Extraction processing and generation of structured project outputs.
• Billing, payment processing, and compliance with financial recordkeeping obligations.

3. Sub-processors and third-party processing

We may process user-submitted project content using the Anthropic Claude API (sub-processor: Anthropic PBC) to perform extraction and language-model tasks. Data may also be processed by infrastructure and payment partners required to operate the service.

4. How long we retain data

• Account profile data is retained while your account is active.
• Project content is retained until you delete it or request account deletion.
• After a verified account deletion request, we begin deletion within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.
• Billing and tax records may be retained for up to 8 years to meet Indian accounting and statutory requirements.
